The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is my second visit as a follow up. Dr. Phillips is very helpful and working with me to figure out why I have a cough. Compared to other ENT offices I've been to, this is one of the best places to go for ENT issues as the doctor spends the time needed with you so you don't feel like you are being rushed.

Dr. Farhad Sigari removed some polyps from my nasal cavity. It was an in house, out patient procedure and he did a great job. I was very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.
Dr. Sigari is a problem solver! A symptom sleuth. A straight shooter. He is smart, trustworthy and empathetic. All in—a definite referral.
The doctor seems nice enough when you visit him, but they have horrible customer service. I was going to get a procedure there and I tried to speak to the doctor because I had some questions before it and they said he does not talk to patients on the phone, but I could speak to his medical assistant. I called his assistant and it’s been days and still no response, and I’m supposed to have the procedure in a couple days. Whenever you call the office the chances of somebody actually picking up are slim to none. Another thing that turns me off about this doctor is they figure out what the patient’s responsibility is going to be before hand, (which is fine) but they will not do anything until you pay it in full BEFORE the procedure. So the 1400 for the 10 minute procedure he is getting from my insurance is not enough, he needs to make sure he squeezes the 20% coinsurance from me immediately. This is the first time I’ve ever had a doctor do this. Every other time they just sent a bill and I paid off in full or I make payments on it. This guy just seems a little bit greedy. That combined with the horrendous customer service I’d rather go to a doctor that is highly rated in the area and is a more decent person. Reply to his comment below it’s a lie. The doctor never once tried to call me back, his assistant finally did three days after I initially left a message. This place has ZERO customer service.
Dr. Sigari is a superb doctor. I am grateful for the care he gave me, his kindness and his calm attention to my needs and questions.
